How does it improve powder coating surface?
Thanks to the ability of improving the network structure of coating during baking in the oven, J.A.A Gloss improve and Surface promote agent affects the following characteristics of the final coating's film :
Improves the adhesion of the coating to the substrate surface
Reduces the sensitivity of the coating to the presence of contamination and results in a smoother surface free of fish eyes , pinholes , etc.
The visual result would be an increase in the gloss of the coating of up to about 10% (depending on the coating formulation)

Is it possible to replace flow and leveling agent by Gloss improve and surface promote agent ?
The answer is No.  the absence of flow and leveling agent in the powder coating formulation, causes  deep holes  and uneven surface of the final film that  Gloss improve agent isn’t capable to eliminate

It is suggested to add Gloss improve and surface promote agent into Gloss and  smooth powder coating formulations

What is the best percentage in formulation ?
It is suggested to add it by 0.5% -0.1% based on formulation weight.
adding of Degassing agent in texture formulations may cause changes in the texture patterns of the final coating film
adding Gloss improve and surface promote agent to sandpaper powder coating formulation is not suggested

How should Gloss improve and surface promote agent add into the formulation?
Add Gloss improve and surface promote agent to the formulation in premix step . It should mix  with other raw materials before extrusion.
