How does it work?
During the application of coating powder on the surface, bubbles of air entrap between particles of coating powders. during baking in the oven, the air bubbles start to shrink very slowly as a result of a diffusion-controlled process. Because of the continuing cross-linking reaction and increase in the viscosity, the bubble shrinkage halts at elevated temperatures. in the presence of degassing agents, the process of bubble shrinkage is accelerated to such an extent that most air bubbles disappear before any significant increase in the viscosity occurs. This suggests that degassing agent functions by accelerating the rate of bubble shrinkage.

In which powder coating formulas you are suggested to use
Degassing agent?
Degassing agent Should be used in all  Gloss powder coatings, some of  Semi-Gloss and Matt coatings, and all powder coatings where you need smooth surface without pinhole effect.

What is the best amount ?
It is suggested to add it by 0.3% -0.8% based on formulation weight.
in Semi-Gloss, Matt, or texture formulations, reduce the amount to the minimum .
Incorporating of Degassing agent in texture formulation in some cases may cause changes in the texture of the final coating film
in most cases , adding Degassing agent to sandpaper powder coating formulation is not suggested

How should Degassing Agent add into the formulation?
Add Degassing agent to the formulation in premix step. It should mix  with other raw materials before extrusion.
